WARE ORDER FORM

Don't forget to add your Party Ware requirements to
the Order Form. Both your PARTY WARE ORDER. and completed
ORDER FORM must be sent with your payment, or we will
not know what you want!.
An order for Party Ware only must be sent with a completed
Order Form, so that we have your delivery details!

Payment
Payment can only be made by: UK Sterling cheque,
Euro cheque or UK Postal Order.
Cheques or postal orders for the total amount,
(including postage and packing charge) should
be made payable to "Simply Perfect Limited".
Please do not send cash.

Delivery
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your order.
Any UK order valued over £45 (which should include
a dress) will be sent by Special Delivery. Other orders
for less than this value will be sent by post, with
proof of posting.
We will notify you immediately
if any item is out of stock and offer you an alternative
if necessary.
Returned
Goods
We are proud of our reputation for the quality of our
goods and service and work hard to ensure that our dresses
and accessories are of the highest standard. If, however,
you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you
may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a full
refund or exchange, provided that the items are undamaged
and unused.
Please complete the Returns Form, enclose it with your
parcel and take it to the Post Office, where you will
be required to pay the postage.
We cannot take responsibility for any returned goods
lost in the post, so please remember to obtain a proof
of posting certificate when returning any item to us.
