Payment Payment can be made on-line using Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro and Solo. We also accept payment by UK Sterling or Euro cheque or by UK or Euro Postal Order. Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to "Simply Perfect Limited." Please do not send cash.

Delivery

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your order. Any UK orders valued over £45 will be sent by DHL courier. Other orders for less than this value will be sent by UK post. European, Eire and overseas orders will be sent by airmail. All Channel Islands orders will be sent by UK post. All goods are packaged very carefully in suitable boxes, jiffy bags and envelopes to ensure that they arrive safely and undamaged.

Returns and Refunds

We are proud of our reputation for the quality of our goods and service and work hard to ensure that our dresses and accessories are of the highest standard. If, however, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, undamaged, unused and in a re-saleable condition. Refunds to credit / debit cards will be made on receipt of your returned goods. Other refunds will be made by cheque.

If returning items, please complete the Returns Form and enclose it with your parcel. Please ensure that all items are packed very carefully to avoid damage and returned in suitable packaging, similar to that received. We cannot take responsibility for any goods lost in the post and, therefore, we advise that, where appropriate, items are returned by special delivery, registered post or by courier. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. All items are returned at your expense.

Please note that we do not have a shop, and are able to offer our dresses and accessories through our London sales and this website only.

Personal information

We collect personal information such as your name, address, email etc. in order to enable us to fulfil your order. We also obtain credit card information, which is only ever passed through a 128bit secure connection, making it virtually impossible for it to be intercepted. Card details are temporarily stored securely and then deleted once your order has been processed.

Security

This website has security measures in place which protect against misuse of personal information. The server is kept in a secure environment and only selected members of Simply Perfect and its contractors have any access to the user database. All personal information will be deleted from this database by July, at the end of each selling year.
