How to Order and returns information 

Simply …

  1. Select the product you would like to purchase
  2. Confirm your measurements on the individual size chart if ordering a Communion dress
  3. Select the size you require.
  4. Press “add to cart”.
  5. Follow the on-line ordering process 
  6. Choose how you wish to pay – click on PayPal and after confirming your order you will be directed to the PayPal website where you can pay using PayPal or choose to pay by debit or credit card.
  7. Confirm your order and await its arrival!

We will notify you immediately if any item ordered is unavailable.


Payments can be made via PayPal or you can use a Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express card. you DO NOT need a PayPal account to complete your order.  Once you proceed to payment you will be taken to the Paypal page, scroll down and there is an option to either log into PayPal or to pay with credit / debit card.

We also accept bank transfers to sort-code 309909, account number 01935392. Please call us to place your order if you wish to use this method of payment.

Multiple Orders

We do try hard to accommodate your needs, but, in view of the cost of sending your package to you, we must limit the number of Communion dresses per order to a maximum of two. You will have to place an additional order should you require more than two dresses.

Please remember that if you cannot decide on a style of Communion dress, we are only a phone call or email away and we will be only too pleased to assist you.


We understand your need to receive your order promptly and we aim to dispatch within 48 hours. However, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery and enjoy a nice surprise when it comes early!  You will be contacted immediately if any delays are expected.

Need it sooner or on a different delivery? not a problem......just give us a call and we can work it out for you. 

You will be advised by email the very day that your order has been dispatched and you will be given confirmation of how it was sent and a tracking number if appropriate. All UK orders which include a dress will be sent by courier or Royal Mail ‘Signed For Service’.  The package, which can arrive the next day, although this is not specifically guaranteed, will have to be signed for, so make sure that there is someone at the delivery address to do this. 

If you work or are away from home regularly, consider putting your work address down for delivery or perhaps choose a neighbour or friend to accept your order.  Please ensure these details are noted on the order form. We are unable to accept instructions to ‘leave behind the shed’ etc.

All UK dress orders to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & Outer Hebrides will be sent by Royal Mail.

All our goods are packaged very carefully in suitable boxes, jiffy bags and envelopes to ensure that they arrive safely and undamaged.


Following the new Customs arrangements with the EU, all orders sent outside of the UK maybe subject to custom fees at the final destination.

What impact will this have?
This means that before your goods can be delivered to you, you may be required to pay for any customs charges issued by customs in the country of delivery.  These charges are calculated by your own custom authorities.  The charges will be calculated based on the total value of your goods purchased including delivery. 

Please note - Our delivery charge does not include any custom charges.

How does it work?
Once your goods have arrived at the destination, your courier or postal provider will contact you, either by email or post, to advise what charges are to be paid before the goods can be released for delivery to you.  Until the charges are paid, the goods will not be released.

If you need to understand more on the charges for your country, please contact your local government customs authorities as each country will have their own calculations.
Please make sure you understand that there is the possibility of an additional charge over and above the delivery charge for your order. 

If goods are returned to us, refunds will not be issued for goods that were undelivered due to unpaid customs duties.
Please allow additional time for goods to arrive from the UK into Europe, including Ireland from 1st January 2021.
Please note that packages can be opened and inspected by Customs in the destination country for inspection.

Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return any part of it to us (excluding earrings which are non-returnable) within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund. Naturally, any item returned must be unused, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition. 

Shoes - When trying on shoes at home please try on a carpeted floor or towel ONLY to ensure that the bottom of the shoes are not marked should you need to return them. Please ensure socks or tights are also worn. Refunds will not be given to shoes that have marked soles.

All returned items are quarantine for 72 hours before being put back into stock - Refunds will be issues after this time period. 

All refunds (less p&p) will be made to your original method of payment.

If returning items, please pack them carefully in suitable packaging to avoid damage – use the same dispatch box if possible - complete the Returns Form and enclose it with your parcel.  

We cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in the post, but we do suggest that you retain your posting receipt as proof of posting, although this is obviously not specifically proof of delivery it is a useful point of contact should you have to trace a parcel.  

Refunds will not be issued on orders or goods that are returned to us DUE TO UNPAID CUSTOMS.

All items are returned at the buyers own expense.


If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please complete the returns form as above, send the items back and we will issue you a refund.  You can place another order in the same way as your first at any time.
