We collect personal information such as your name, address, email address etc. in order to enable us to fulfil and deliver your order. We will not use this information for any other purpose except to fulfil your order. We will not sell, transfer or give this information to any third party.
We use Pay-pal to collect/process transaction information.
This website has security measures in place which protect against misuse of personal information. The server is kept in a secure environment and only selected members of Simply Perfect and its contractors have any access to the user database.

This site is provided by Simply Perfect on an "as is" basis. Simply Perfect makes no representatives or warranties of any kind expressed or implied, as to the operation, usefulness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of this site including all information, content, products and materials provided by them and you expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk. Although Simply Perfect makes every effort to ensure the highest and best possible security and quality, it cannot warrant that this site, its servers, or email sent from them are free of errors, viruses, or any other harmful components.
Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you decide to cancel, you must contact us by telephone within 24 hours of placing your order or before you receive confirmation it has been dispatched, whichever is the sooner. Once an item has been sent it will be treated as a return and will be refunded less p&p.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return any part of it to us (excluding earrings which are non-returnable) within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. Naturally, any item returned must be unused, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition.
All refunds (less p&p) will be made to your original method of payment.
If returning items, please pack them carefully in suitable packaging to avoid damage – use the same despatch box if possible - print and complete the Returns Form and enclose it with your parcel.
We cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in the post, but we do suggest that you retain your posting receipt as proof of posting, although this is obviously not specifically proof of delivery. It is a useful point of contact should you have to trace a parcel.
All items are returned at your expense.
We understand your need to receive your order promptly and we aim to dispatch within 48 hours. However, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery and enjoy a nice surprise when it comes early! You will be contacted immediately if any delays are expected.
You will be advised by email the very day that your order has been despatched and you will be given confirmation of how it was sent and a tracking number if appropriate.
All UK orders which include a dress will be sent by courier or Royal Mail ‘Signed For Service’. The package, which can arrive the next day, although this is not specifically guaranteed, will have to be signed for, so make sure that there is someone at the delivery address to do this.
If you work or are away from home regularly, consider putting your work address down for delivery or perhaps choose a neighbour or friend to accept your order. Please ensure these details are noted on the order form. We are unable to accept instructions to ‘leave behind the shed’ etc..
All UK dress orders to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & Outer Hebrides will be sent by Royal Mail.
All our goods are packaged very carefully in suitable boxes, jiffy bags and envelopes to ensure that they arrive safely and undamaged.
